The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation has been Defending Americas working men and women against the injustices of forced unionism since 1968. Set up to fight again compulsory unionism, the group notes that Big Labor has developed new techniques to impose forced unionization on employees from the "top down." They work primarily by providing legal assistance to workers whose human and civil rights have been violated by compulsory unionism abuses. The group is a vocal opponent of the woefully misnamed Employee Free Choice Act which they claim should be more properly named the Card Check Forced Unionism Bill.
