Created by the Constitution Heritage Act in 1988, the National Constitution Center is a Philadelphia-based non-profit "dedicated to increasing awareness about the Constitution and its relevance in Americans daily lives." Closely tied with Annenberg Center for Education and Outreach and The Richard and Helen DeVos Foundation, the National Constitution Center operates a museum n Philadelphia's Independence National Historical Park. The museum features many permanent exhibits, including The Story of We the People, The American Experience and The Freedom Exhibit Gallery.
