Judicial Confirmation Network Falsely Claims "All Nine Justices" Opposed Sotomayor's Ricci Decision
On June 29, 2009, the Supreme Court ruled in the controversial case Ricci v. DeStefano, siding 5-4 along ideological lines with the plaintiffs.
