Valero Ad Campaign Intentionally Misleads Customers On Cap-And-Trade

Featured atop many Valero gasoline pumps is an ad claiming cap-and-trade will increase gasoline prices by $0.77 a gallon.  In reality, it will only increase gasoline prices by about $0.35 a gallon by 2030, significantly less than the $2.59 prices rose under President Bush.  Plus, new fuel efficiency standards will save consumers $3,000 over the life of their cars.
