MIT's John Reilly Discusses Being Misrepresented By Republican Lawmakers

MIT's John Reilly disputes GOP claims that his study shows cap-and-trade would cost $3,100 annually.

John Hone, a climate change adviser for Shell Oil, interviewed John Reilly, the author of the MIT study often quoted by Republicans.  During the interview, Reilly disputes the claim that his data states that cap-and-trade would cost an average of $3,100 a year.
